Waterproof Greatly Improved
The addition of the front P-shape EPDM seal increases the waterproof performance by 50% and significantly reduces the water leakage which reaches the standard of Japan’s Class 1 waterproof equipment.
Structure Significantly Strengthened
The 1st generation of board joints were at 90° angles and were easily damaged due to stress concentration. We have changed the shape of the joint surface of the board to a folded angle, thus dispersing the stress and significantly improving the structural strength.
New Stainless Steel Locking Clamp Design
A stainless steel locking clamp is new provided on the board, to lock each connecting board. The 1st generation was buckled together directly by the slotted channel in the board, due to the low strength of the plastic material offering un-sufficient locking strength, in extreme cases these buckles may slip out leads to a risk of failure.
The new stainless steel locking design makes the connection more stable, and doubled the overall rigidity of the full system.
Contacting Interface Reinforced
Reinforcing bracket with the seals is designed at the contacting interface to prevent damage and extend the life.
Storage Space Reduced
The boards can be stored in two or three pieces connected and placed on its side, to reduce the storage area. And the assembled form can reduce the transporting and deploy time for emergency.

The L-Shaped Flood Barrier is designed to provide reliable flood protection by keeping water out. Its waterproof performance comes from the combination of a well-engineered structure, advanced sealing systems, and secure panel connections. The L-shaped design places the vertical section against incoming water while the horizontal base sits firmly on the ground, converting horizontal water pressure into downward and vertical forces to stabilize the barrier and reduce seepage.
The barrier also features a double sealing system: a sponge gasket compresses between panels to fill gaps, while a P-shape EPDM gasket reinforces the joints. Together, they form a secondary layer of protection, minimizing leakage during the early stages of flooding. Panels are securely connected with stainless steel locking clamps, ensuring joints remain tight and aligned.
By combining its structural design, double sealing system, and strong connections, the L-Shaped Flood Barrier forms a continuous, watertight defense, providing reliable protection for urban, commercial, and emergency flood scenarios.

How to Install L-Shaped Flood Barriers
1. Confirm the Site
Ensure the installation site is suitable for deploying the barrier, with a stable and accessible area.
2. Prepare the Ground
Clean and level the ground where the barrier will be placed to provide a firm, even base.
3. Position the Barrier
Stand behind the flood board, ensuring the front faces the water.
4. Set the Initial Panel
Place the first left board (FG or FGL) at the wet side as the starting point.
5. Connect Subsequent Panels
Attach the following panels to the right end sequentially, making sure they are properly aligned.
6. Secure the Right Side
Position the right board (FG or FGR) to tightly connect with the wall on the right side. Align pin B with socket A, connect them, and lock using the stainless steel locking clamp. FS boards can be added if needed for specific site conditions.
7. Final Check
After installation, verify that all panels are securely connected, locking clamps are fastened, and the barrier is stable and ready for operation.

Free Standing Temparary Flood Barrier Deployment
1、Confirm the site for deployment
2、Clean the gound of the site
3、Stand behind the flood board to place the front of the board facing the water
4、Set the first left board(FG、FGL) as initial at the wet side.
5、Connect the following to the right end.
6、Apply the right board(FG、FGR) to tightly connect the wall at right side.
Align the pin at B to the socket at A.
Connect A and B, then lock with the stainless steel locking clamp.
FS board may be brought in for some cases.
Double Sealing
Sponge gasket for great sealing performnance after compression.
Working together with the P-shape EPDM gasket, double sealing are achieved to significantly reduce the leakage at the early stage of flood.
